Six core services, from cosmetic touch-ups to full multi-piece rebuilds — all under one roof.

Cosmetic wheel repair
Cosmetic Repairs
Curb rash, scratches, pitting from road debris & corrosion.
Curb rash, deep scratches, surface pitting and corrosion are the most common issues we see. We repair the affected area down to bare metal, feather the edges smooth, and rebuild the surface before it goes through the same chemical strip, blast, and powder coat process as a full refinish — so the repair blends in and holds up exactly like the rest of the wheel.
Straightening a bent wheel
Straightening Bends
Feeling vibrations while driving? We can straighten it.
A pothole or curb strike can bend a wheel enough to cause a vibration at speed, even if there's no visible damage. Using a hydraulic straightening press, we correct the bend and check runout before returning it to service. Not every bend is repairable — bends on the wheel face are usually not, so contact us with photos and we'll let you know honestly before you bring it in.
TIG welding a wheel crack
TIG Welding
Hairline cracks along the barrel & deep gouging, done right.
Cracks from road impacts — usually along the barrel or spoke junctions — are the main cause of slow air leaks. We TIG weld the crack fully, then grind and blend the repair flush before refinishing. If a wheel has more than one crack, every additional crack on the same wheel is repaired at half price.
Powder coating a wheel
Powder Coating
Don't settle for spray paint — the proper way to change color.
Every wheel is chemically stripped down to bare metal, media blasted, and pre-treated before coating — unlike spray paint, which is applied over whatever's already there. Powder coating cures to a much harder, more chip- and fade-resistant finish, and every job includes a 1 year warranty. Available in gloss, matte, metallic, and two-tone finishes.
CNC diamond cut wheel machining
CNC / Diamond Cut
Machined bare-metal accents finished under clear coat.
A CNC lathe machines a bright, mirror-cut face into select areas of the wheel — spokes, lip, or the full face — exposing bare aluminum for a two-tone, factory-diamond-cut look. Because the cut metal is exposed, a clear coat is mandatory afterward to prevent corrosion; this is built into every CNC quote automatically.
Multi-piece wheel restoration
Multi-Piece Wheels
2 & 3-piece split wheel restorations, done with precision.
Multi-piece wheels are disassembled barrel from face, each section is refinished separately, and the wheel is rebuilt and re-torqued to spec. This lets us do true two-tone finishes between barrel and face, and means a damaged section can sometimes be repaired or replaced without refinishing the whole wheel.
